I am challenged by the ethical and moral dilemmas. It is a topic no one wants to discuss. Learning to communicate and listen
will make an impact. Open discussions among team members, patient and patient’s family will help guide us through these

Throughout this course, I have been able to share the things I have learned with my co-workers. I have implemented some
of my goals, from my development plan, with the help of my director. It has ignited a spark in my nursing career.

going back to school. My classmates shared different ways to look at a situation. With these shared ideas, the realization that many
situations can be resolved and treated with different “lens.”
