.Purchases are paid for as follows, 50% in the month of purchase and the remaining 50% in the followingmonth
. All sales are on credit with no discounts
. The cash from the collection of sales is as follows, 25% iscollected in the month of sale, 50% one month later and the remaining 25% is collected 2 months after sale
